Founded in 1968 as Fideuram Gestioni SpA, the firm became Fideuram Investimenti SGR SpA in 2003 when Fideuram Gestioni Patrimoniali Sim, Fideuram Fondi SpA and Fideuram Capital Sim merged. They changed their name to Fideuram Asset Management SGR SpA in 2023.
