Margaret Poisson

Margaret is a Vice President on the investment team at Clearhaven Partners.
She joined Clearhaven in 2020 as a Senior Associate.
? Prior to Clearhaven, Margaret was a Senior Associate in private equity at Erie Street Capital where she led initial deal evaluation of all potential platform investments and managed diligence processes and deal flow.
? Previously, Margaret was a Manager in the Transaction Advisory Services practice at RSM where she led financial due diligence for many middle market private equity firms.
? Margaret is a CPA and began her career in the assurance practice at RSM, with a focus on auditing private equity and venture capital funds, where she became a subject matter expert in portfolio company valuations.
? Margaret earned her MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, as a Wallman Scholar (High Honors) and a Siebel Scholar.
Margaret also graduated with a B.S.
in Finance and Accounting from Boston College.
