Manuel Occiano is President and Chief Executive Officer of RevCare, Inc. Prior to joining RevCare, he was Chief Operating Officer of West Capital Financial Services, Corp.
(now known as Encore Capital Group, Inc.) and Senior Manager of Arthur Andersen LLP.
Mr. Occiano co-founded Equicare Capital LLC and currently serves as President.
He received a BS degree in Agricultural Economics from Xavier University and a BA degree in Accounting from the University of San Diego.
