He has used technology to drive the success of numerous pioneering business concepts, including warehouse clubs, off-price retailing and industry consolidations.
Mr. Elvey serves on the Boards of Algol, a public company headquartered in Milan, Italy and numerous other U.S.
companies.

He is an Arbitrator for the National Association of Security Dealers and holds Series 7, 63 and 24 licenses.
