Mr Luiz Otávio Siqueira César is an Analyst at FIR Capital Partners Ltda.
Prior to joining FIR Capital, Luiz was head of business development at Empresa de Infovias S.A., a division of AES and currently a part of the CEMIG Group of companies.
At Empresa de Infovias, Luiz led the company’s power line communications (PLC) and remote metering initiatives including all discussions with Brazilian and US utilities and equipment suppliers such as Ascom, Mainnet, DS2, ESB, Siemens Metering, Sistron and Concert Technology.
In addition to his work with Infovias, Luiz was formerly the Vice-Chairman of Divina Decadencia Industrial, one of the largest apparel manufacturers in Brazil.
Mr. Luiz has mechanical and civil engineering degrees from the State Catholic University of Minas Gerais.
