Lisa Rich

Ms. Lisa Rich, CPA, is Controller at CIG Venture Management LLC since 2009.
Prior to joining CIG Corp., Ms. Rich held a variety of positions in public accounting, industry and non-profit organizations.
These positions included: Audit Manager for KPMG in Ontario, Canada, Senior Consultant for Plante & Moran and Internal Consultant for the UAW.
She was the founding member of Informed Accountants, LLC, a firm specializing in providing fraud prevention and detection training to public accounting firms, attorneys and law enforcement, as well as accounting system analysis to small businesses.
She has been an adjunct faculty member teaching various accounting and auditing courses at University of Western Ontario Ivey School of Business, University of Windsor, Walsh College, Wayne State University and St. Mary’s College School of Business.
She is past President of Bloomfield Players Community Theatre.
Ms. Rich received her Honors Business Administration degree from the Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario and her Masters of Business Administration from the University of Windsor.
She is a CPA and Chartered Accountant and also holds her Certified Fraud Examiner designation.
