Santa Lucía Asset Management SGIIC SA (Santalucía AM) is the asset management subsidiary of Santa Lucía SA Compañía de Seguros y Reaseguros in Spain. The firm was founded by Edwin Voerman in 2008 as the result of the merger between two management companies: Alpha Plus Gestora SGIIC and Santalucía Gestión SGIIC (formerly Aviva Gestión). Headquartered in Madrid, Santalucía AM provides discretionary portfolio management and offers investment funds to private and institutional clients.

Santa Lucia Gestión SGIIC SA (Santa Lucia Gestión) is the Spanish fund management subsidiary of Santa Lucia Vida y Pensiones SA de Seguros y Reaseguros, itself a subsidiary of of Santa Lucía SA Compañía de Seguros y Reaseguros in Spain. Originally known as Gesplusultra SGIIC SA, Santa Lucia Gestión was established after the 2000 merger of CGU and Norwich Union into CGNU, renamed Aviva in 2002. They are the Spanish fund specialist within Aviva and operate in close relationship with Aviva Investors Global Services (España) Ltd., which is the the Spanish office of AIGS, Aviva's global asset management business. Formerly known as Aviva Gestion, they changed their name to Santa Lucia Gestion in 2018. The firm is located in Madrid and provides fund management services to retail investors and institutions.
