Larry Ray King

Mr. Larry R.
King is a Chairman at Woodmen of the World Life Insurance Society.
He is on the Board of Directors at Goodwill Industries, Inc. (Omaha, Nebraska).
He has served as Chairman since July 15, 2013.
He was previously elected President & Chief Executive Officer in October 2012, and served in that capacity until his retirement from the Home Office March 1, 2017.
Prior to that role, he was appointed Executive Vice President, Fraternal in November 2011, having served as Executive Vice President, Sales since April 2008.
He moved to Omaha to become National Sales Manager, effective July 1, 2006.
Mr. King began his WoodmenLife career as a Representative in Kentucky East in April 1974.
He has earned several Outstanding Accomplishment Awards and Quality Production Awards, in addition to being a member of the President's Cabinet for 31 years as a Representative and Recruiting Sales Manager in Kentucky East and as Regional Director in Tennessee East and Georgia South.
He has served as a member of the Goodwill Industries Board of Directors and Nebraska Methodist Health System Board of Directors.
He graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor of Science degree, and received a Master's in Education and a Master's in Educational Administration from Morehead State University.
He has received his FIC, FICF and CLU designations, and is a Registered Representative.
