Ms. Rasmussen joined Solis Capital Partners in mid-2005.
Prior to Solis, Ms. Rasmussen worked at Norwest Venture Partners in Palo Alto, where she managed the firm’s office facilities and administrative staff, and reported directly to the Chief Financial Officer.
Prior thereto, Ms. Rasmussen worked in the Menlo Park office of Kohlberg, Kravis & Roberts, where she was senior administrative assistant to a director of leveraged buy-outs.
Ms. Rasmussen earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Michigan State University.
Ms. Rasmussen is also a licensed notary public.
