This makes kc parker a stand out in the tween markets. In 2009, Hartstrings partnered with Tori Spelling to develop their newest line called little maven by Tori Spelling. This line is the combination of Hollywood chic and seaside casual and features fun, young and incredibly versatile designs. It is a truly chic and iconic line.
