Katie Beck

Katie joined the Agathos team in early 2022 in an advisory capacity, overseeing the Agathos portfolio, and also taking a seat on the Investment Committee.
Katie has 20 years of experience as a commercial investor and board director working with and investing in UK businesses.
Katie was most recently a Partner and Head of Portfolio at mid-market private equity firm, August Equity LLP.
Katie will be working on a part time basis to advise on the Agathos portfolio, alongside her other Chair and NED commitments with fast growing UK businesses.
Katie has a track record of delivering shareholder returns by helping entrepreneurs to maximise long-term value, with experience across a range of sectors and a particular focus on growing and building teams in service-oriented businesses.
Katie has a first class degree in Philosophy and Economics from London School of Economics.
Outside of work, Katie is kept busy by her three children, Louis, Bella and Charlie.
She loves entertaining family and friends at home and is happiest in the mountains, skiing, hiking or just taking in the scenery with an Aperol in hand.
