Prior to joining ING Investment Management in February 2005, Ms. Cronk was Vice President at Bankers Trust where she was responsible for managing short-term portfolios and focusing on the cash needs, goals and guidelines of individual accounts.

While at Bankers Trust, Ms. Cronk was a leader in the design and development of a customized client reporting system.
