Invesco Managed Accounts LLC (IMA) is a SEC-registered investment advisor headquartered in Seattle, Washington. The firm was founded in 2002 as Seattle-Northwest Asset Management LLC. They are a subsidiary of SNW Asset Management Corp., ultimately owned by Invesco Ltd. (NYSE: IVZ). IMA provides advisory services to individuals, pension and profit-sharing plans, trusts, estates, charitable organizations, foundations, wrap programs, state and municipal government entities, other investment advisers, credit unions, corporations and other business entities.
