Mr. Cerniglia graduated cum laude with a BS in Accounting from Saint Joseph's University and received an MS in Mathematics of Finance at Courant Institute of Mathematics at New York University.
He has co-authored an academic article on earnings revisions that is forthcoming in the Journal of Investment Management.
He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
