Bengzon is currently the President & Chief Executive Officer of Torres Trading Co., Inc. He is also the Chairman of Vitarich Corp., the Vice Chairman of Comm Trend Construction Corp., and a Director of RCBC-JPL Holding Co., Inc., Upson International Corp., Panaro Minerals Phils.
Ltd., Philippine Business Leaders, Inc., UPCC Holdings Corp., Rizal Microbank, Inc., Berjaya Auto Philippines, Inc., UCPB Holdings Corp., Bermaz Auto Philippines, Inc., JP Laurel Rural Bank, and Duma Group of Cos.
He is a Trustee of the Philippine Quality Awards Foundation, Inc. Formerly, Mr. Bengzon served as the Chairman of Philippine National Construction Corp.
from 2010 to 2013.
He was an Independent Director of Century Peak Holdings Corp.
from 2016 to 2019.
He also served as a Director of NLEX Corp., Al-Amanah Islamic Investment Bank of the Philippines, and SMC SLEX, Inc. Additionally, he was a Director of Citra Metro Manila Tollways Corp.
and Manila Toll Expressway Systems, Inc. from 2012 to 2013.
He held managerial positions at Reuters America Holdings, Inc. and Dole Philippines, Inc. He was the Chief Privatization Officer at the Philippines Department of Finance.
He also served as the President of Abarti Artworks Corp.
from 2001 to 2004.
Mr. Bengzon obtained an undergraduate degree from De La Salle University in 1980 and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management in 1988.
