Mr. Horgan joined IFS' Washington office in 2005.
Previously, he worked as an arbitrage clerk/trading assistant for Dean Witter Reynolds, as a trader/analyst for hedge fund administrator International Fund Services, and as a trading & technology consultant for Bank Boston Capital Markets.
Mr. Horgan earned a BA in English literature from the College of the Holy Cross, and an MBA in Finance from Northeastern University, where he received Beta Gamma Sigma honors.
In addition, Mr. Horgan has completed coursework toward a MS in Investment Management from Boston University.
He has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the CFA Institute.
Mr. Horgan is also a member of the Chartered Alternatives Investment Analyst Association and is a CAIA designee.
