In 2023, they were acquired by Ramirez Asset Management, Inc., ultimately owned by SAR Holdings, Inc. The firm was founded by Thomas S. White in 1992. TWI provides advisory services to pension and profit-sharing plans, investment companies, which include mutual funds, other pooled investment vehicles, state or municipal government entities, foundations, endowments, and charitable organizations, corporations, individuals, and high-net worth individuals, such as their trusts and estates.
