Profile

Mr. Spreng is a seasoned financial executive with over twenty-nine years of public accounting, recovery and consulting experience.
During his career as a partner at KPMG Peat Marwick, he provided domestic and international tax planning, M&A advisory services, and general consulting to a wide range of financial institutions and commercial clients.
While serving as a National Liaison Tax Partner, he developed a national reputation in such areas as the conversions of mutual savings banks, and the taxation of intellectual property and intangibles.
Mr. Spreng served as the Managing Partner of KPMG's Canton, Ohio office prior to his transfer to Long Island as Partner-In-Charge of the tax department.
In 1995, Mr. Spreng became a shareholder in the initial formation of Jones, Dunn & Company (now Advantium).
Mr. Spreng has served and continues to serve on for-profit and non-profit boards advisory committees.
He holds a B.A.
in Business from Ashland College.
