Mr. James M.
Schwartz, CFA MBA, is a Head Credit Research Analyst of Municipal Credit Research at BlackRock Advisors LLC.
He is also Managing Director of the firm.
He is a Head of Municipal Credit Research within BlackRock's Global Fixed Income group.
