Prior to joining Abacus in February 2006, Mr. Schaus served as Corporate Controller at a Vancouver-based privately-held merchant banking and investment management company where he was involved with financial reporting, acquisitions and divestitures and other special projects.
Mr. Schaus has also served in a senior role within the Assurance and Advisory Group at KPMG Vancouver.
Mr. Schaus is a Chartered Accountant and earned his undergraduate degree with an emphasis on accounting and finance.
