Dolce is Vice President and General Manager, US Sales – Enterprise, for Aruba, a Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company.
Prior to Hewlett Packard Enterprise’s acquisition of Aruba Networks, Mr. Dolce built 7 years of consecutive growth while maintaining leadership roles in numerous task forces within the organization.
Under the newly created role Mr. Dolce leads all sales, field engineering, marketing, operations and channel functions in the United States.
His proven track record of building strong sales, increasing revenue and profitability translated effectively.
His accomplishments include fostering better connection of sales, engineering, and marketing across corporate functions to better serve various industries.
The integration places him at the helm of both Aruba Networks and Hewlett Packard Enterprise networking groups.
Mr. Dolce possesses 30+ years of solid sales and business leadership coupled with coaching and mentoring endeavors.
Within the fore-mentioned three decades of experience are former management roles at Airespace Systems, Cisco, Agito Networks (now part of Shoretel), as well as the creation of International Business Development in Latin America.
He obtained Bachelor of Sciences from Bryant University and an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University with an emphasis in marketing.
