Unigrains SA, also known as Union Financière pour le Développement de l' Economie Céréalière, is an independent French private equity firm which was created in 1963 on the initiative of the Association Générale des Producteurs de Blé (AGPB). Located in Paris, the firm provides financial assistance, loans and equity capital to food processing and agro-industrial businesses in the biotechnology and related services sectors in France and Europe. In accordance with the objectives set by their agreement with the state, Unigrains provides funds to food manufacturers and agricultural cooperatives, not directly to the farmers themselves.

It operates through the following business segments: Core Portfolio, Development Portfolio, and Dynamic Portfolio. The Core Portfolio segment includes high-quality properties, most of which are leased and characterized by medium and long-term rental agreements with tenants of high standing. The Development Portfolio segment deals with properties and assets to be renovated converted and developed. The Dynamic Portfolio segment involves the dynamic management of its portfolio in order to optimize its value, also through re-letting, renovation and subsequent disposal.
