Kaplan is a Managing Partner at Howard Capital Management, Inc. (California).

Prior to joining the Howard, Mr. Kaplan worked in the Corporate finance group at Imperial Capital where he was responsible for developing and executing mezzanine financings and acquisitions.
He began his career at Arden Realty, Inc. as a Financial Analyst.
He received his BA degree in Economics, Magna Cum Laude from Brown University.
He earned from the University of Southern California and an MBA from the University of Southern California.
