Morphic Asset Management Pty Ltd. (Morphic) is a mutual fund manager headquartered in Sydney, Australia. The firm was founded by Chad Slater and Jack Lowenstein in 2012. They are a subsidiary of Ellerston Capital Ltd., which is owned by Ellerston Asian Investments Ltd. Morphic manages Morphic Ethical Equities Fund (ASX: MEC) for individual and institutional investors. Morphic is a signatory of the Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI) as well as Climate Action 100+.

Schroder Investment Management (Switzerland) AG (SIMSAG) is the Swiss wholly-owned asset management subsidiary of Schroder International Holdings Ltd., ultimately owned by Schroders Plc (LON: SDR) in Great Britain. Headquartered in Zurich, SIMSAG was founded in 1988 and acts as the fund management company for the Schroder funds domiciled in Switzerland.
