Prior to joining Broadway Real Estate Partners, Mr. Hennessy was a Vice President at Lincoln Property Company in Chicago.
He worked on the Advisory side where he was responsible for acquisitions, dispositions, as well as, asset managing a portfolio of 10 assets (office and retail) across the country valued at approximately $285 million.
Within the last year at Lincoln, he sold six assets valued in excess of $110 million.
Prior to Lincoln, Mr. Hennessy was at Morgan Stanley (through Equitable Real Estate/Lend Lease acquisitions) in Chicago for 9 years where he was an Asset Manager and was also involved in several acquisitions.
He worked on office, retail, and industrial assets throughout the Midwest.
Mr. Hennessy holds a B.S.
in Business with a double concentration in Finance and Real Estate from Indiana University.
