Profile

Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Worth was a Managing Director in the Global Industrials Group and co-head of Global Automotive at UBS Investment Bank since 2001.
He has eighteen years of investment banking experience, starting his career at J.P.
Morgan & Co. From 1990 to 1995, Mr. Worth worked in M&A Latin America from both São Paulo and New York.
After 1995, Mr. Worth focused on M&A and capital structure advisory for a wide variety of North American industrial and consumer companies.
Mr. Worth has extensive experience in advising and financing companies in the automotive and general industrial sectors including Lear Corporation on the pending sale of their European Interiors Systems Division to W.L.
Ross, The Cypress Group in their $1.2 billion leveraged buyout of CooperStandard Automotive, General Motors in their record breaking $18 billion financing in 2003, TRW Inc. on the $7 billion acquisition of LucasVarity plc, and Standard Products in its sale to Cooper Tire.
Mr. Worth graduated with a BA in math and physics from Wesleyan University.
