For the last three years, Ms. Ruffini worked with JPMorgan's private equity group, One Equity Partners, and previously worked in Commercial Banking, Treasury Securities Services and Retail Financial Services.
Ms. Ruffini received a BA in Mathematics, Cum Laude, from Denison University and is currently pursuing an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University with concentrations in Entrepreneurship and Innovation and Finance.
