Profile

Prior to joining Palisades Financial in 2004, Mr. Bergstein served as CFO and partner in the acquisition of Patient Care, a $150 million revenue home care provider with over 5,000 employees.
He also was employed with Castle Senior Living, a startup joint venture of AEW Capital Management and local NJ developers, where he was responsible for finance and negotiated the Operating Agreement with AEW.
He previously spent two years as an auditor with Arthur Andersen & Co., and then moved on as the controller for a closely held mechanical contractor with annual revenues of $18 million.
Mr. Bergstein received his Bachelor in Economics and Accounting from Rutgers University and attended the London School of Economics.
He has served on the Construction Steering Committee of the Chappaqua Board of Education, and currently serves on the Development Committee of Temple Beth El.
He lives in Chappaqua with his wife and two daughters.
