Tellimer Ltd. is an independent Great Britain-based frontier market brokerage firm which was founded in 1999 by Peter Bartlett as Exotix Partners LLP through joint venture with ICAP plc. In 2007, private holding company IPGL Ltd. became a significant shareholder in the firm.
