Prior to joining MFC in August 2006, Mr. Kay graduated with an undergraduate degree from the University of Cincinnati, College of Business Administration with a focus in Finance/Accounting.
He had internships with Grant Thornton, Ernst & Young and the private equity firm, The Walnut Group.
Mr. Kay actively participates in the Big Brother/Big Sister Program (Chicago, IL).
