Graysanne Bedell

Ms. Graysanne Bedell is Vice President at Lumira Capital Corp.
Following seven years, Ms. Bedell was in private practise and three years as associate general counsel and corporate secretary at Scott’s Hospitality Inc., she was vice president law of Scott’s Food Services for six years - playing a key role in managing the legal issues of three operating divisions and their extensive franchise, contractual and employment relationships.
Prior to her call to the Ontario Bar in 1981, Ms. Bedell obtained an LLB from Osgoode Hall Law School (York University, Toronto) and a BA from Trent University, Ontario.
Ms. Bedell's work with Street Haven at the Crossroads, a charity helping the women of Toronto who are most "in need" - both as president and a board-level director - has given her a unique view of governance issues and the challenges of sustaining a post-founder organization.
