Mr. Filler serves on Genstar Capital's Strategic Advisory Committee and advises the Firm in the areas of information technology and other service-oriented businesses.
He was most recently co-chairman of Seagate Technologies, Inc. Previously he served as acting CFO of Diamond Multimedia, Inc. both during its management buyout and its initial public offering in 1995.
Prior to that he orchestrated the sale of Ask Computer to Computer Associates, Inc. in June 1994.
He is a Director of Altiris (NASDAQ:ATRS).
