Evan joined Guardian in 2019 and is also responsible for leading financial analysis, evaluating potential investments, and supporting portfolio company operators post-acquisition.

Prior to Guardian, Evan was a Senior Associate at MPE Partners, where he performed due diligence on new investment opportunities and supported portfolio companies’ strategic, operational, financial reporting, and M&A initiatives.
Before joining MPE Partners, he served as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Leveraged Finance Group of Wells Fargo Securities.
Evan earned his BS in Finance with a minor in Economics from Pennsylvania State University where he graduated with distinction.
