Eugene Rozovsky is Senior Vice President of Real Estate Debt Strategies and is responsible for overseeing and managing Lightstone’s debt platform.
Prior to joining Lightstone, Eugene was Vice President of Acquisitions & Asset Management at Madison Realty Capital where he closed over $2 billion of investments across various asset classes and led the team responsible for all debt and equity investments, as well as asset management.
Prior to Madison, Eugene worked on the investment team at Hudson Realty Capital, the investment research team at The Blackstone Group, and the M&A advisory team at TM Capital.
Eugene received his Bachelor of Science in Finance & International Business from the Leonard N.
Stern School of Business at New York University and his Master of Science in Real Estate Finance & Investment from New York University.
