Mr. Erik R.
Flynn is a Managing Director at Pacific Coast Capital Partners LLC.
Prior to joining PCCP in May 2004, he was a Financial Analyst for the asset management group Unico Properties, an investment real estate and operating company in Seattle.
During his time at Unico, he focused on the financial management of the Unico portfolio while also acting as a primary financial analyst on multi-family development properties.
His responsibilities at PCCP include financial modeling, asset management and transaction due diligence.
Mr. Flynn received a B.S.
in Finance and Information Systems from Boston College in 2002.
