Mr. Schultz joined Sensitech in 1995 as the President and Chief Operating Officer, became Chairman & CEO in 1998, and led the company through its sale to Carrier Corp.
in 2006.
During his tenure, the company acquired its two largest direct competitors, launched a series of new products and information services, and was twice named to the Inc. 500 and three times to the Deloitte and Touche Technology Fast 50.
From 1992 to 1995, Mr. Schultz served as the Chief Operating Officer of First Step Designs, a direct mail catalog company.
Prior to that, he was the founder, President and Chief Operating Officer of American Radiosystems, which acquired and operated commercial radio stations.
Mr. Schultz also served as the Senior Vice President of Midwest Operations for American CableSystems Corporation prior to its merger with Continental Cablevision in 1988.
Mr. Schultz is a graduate of Brown University and the Harvard Business School.
