Doug Ridgway

Mr. Doug Ridgway is a Head Trader at Millrace Asset Group, Inc. He has more than 18 years of small cap equity trading experience.
Previously, Mr. Ridgway traded equities, options and derivatives at Triage Capital Management.
He was also an Equity Trader at Schlarbaum Capital Management.
Prior to Schlarbaum, he was a trader at T.
Rowe Price where he worked on all facets of trading, including compliance, allocation, programs, executions, and settlements.
Prior to the trading position, he held several roles at T.
Rowe Price, beginning as a Fund Accountant before transitioning into a Business Analyst where he worked closely with portfolio managers, analysts, and programmers to help create a record-keeping system.
He earned a BS in Business Administration from Old Dominion University.
