Prior to joining Lake, Mr. Fumagalli was the CEO and founder of Cybercorp Management Group, where he spent seven years focused on HR and operations consulting.
Previous to forming his own firm, he was with SHL Systemhouse for five years as Chief Administrative Officer, where he helped guide the company through its sale to MCI.
He started his career at Arthur Andersen.
During his 15 years at Andersen Consulting, then Accenture, he rose to US Midwest operations director and then to the position of firm-wide human resources director.
Mr. Fumagalli received a BA in economics and accounting from the College of The Holy Cross.
