The firm was founded in 2010 and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Pinebridge Investments Holdings (US) LLC, ultimately held by Chiltonlink Ltd. in British Virgin Islands. PineBridge Investments provides investment management/advisory services to predominantly sophisticated institutional and ultra-high net worth individual clients.
