Prior to joining Sutter Securities in February 1995, Mr. Ciocca had served as Western Regional Manager of Public Finance at E.F.
Hutton & Co. where he supervised a staff of 25 persons.
Prior to that, he was a Manager of Public Finance at the regional securities firm of Bateman Eichler, Hill Richards, where he had responsibility for a staff of 20 persons.
He is a veteran of the California Public Securities Industry.
Mr. Ciocca is a past governor of the Municipal Forum of San Francisco and a member of the Municipal Bond Club of San Francisco.
He has conducted seminars on the subject of public finance at the University of California Berkeley and Santa Cruz campus, the Stanford University Graduate School of Business Administration and the University of Southern California Graduate School of Public Policy.
Mr. Ciocca received his BS from Oregon State University in 1962 and an MBA from the University of Oregon in 1964.
