Edwards in 1992 in Branch Operations Training where she helped create the company’s Microsoft Word help desk and assisted branch personnel as they adapted to the word processing program and other features.

Edwards was acquired by Wachovia Securities (now Wells Fargo Advisors), Ms. Douglas was named a business risk officer for the Wachovia Securities Financial Network.
In that capacity, she monitored asset movement for business risk, while also performing due diligence review of all channel accounts and assisting branch personnel with legal issues affecting their clients.
Ms. Douglas holds her Series 7, 9, 10, 24, 63, and 66 licenses.
