Dayna Douglas

Ms. Dayna Douglas is Vice President at Benjamin F.
Edwards & Co., Inc. Ms. Douglas began her career at A.G.
Edwards in 1992 in Branch Operations Training where she helped create the company’s Microsoft Word help desk and assisted branch personnel as they adapted to the word processing program and other features.
In 1994, she broadened her customer support role by training branch personnel on the firm’s new broker workstation.
In 1997, she moved to the Operations Department and became a margin clerk.
Her responsibilities deepened in 1999 when she became an employee stock option clerk, processing client stock option exercises and educating branch personnel about the process.
In 2000, Ms. Douglas assumed the role of a customer account analyst within the Margin Department where she began training and mentoring junior clerks.
In 2004, she moved to Central Supervision where she was named an account review analyst, performing dual roles as supervisory support for 13 branch managers and advisory supervision for the firm’s client and FC directed advisory programs.
A short time after A.G.
Edwards was acquired by Wachovia Securities (now Wells Fargo Advisors), Ms. Douglas was named a business risk officer for the Wachovia Securities Financial Network.
In that capacity, she monitored asset movement for business risk, while also performing due diligence review of all channel accounts and assisting branch personnel with legal issues affecting their clients.
Ms. Douglas holds her Series 7, 9, 10, 24, 63, and 66 licenses.
