Dan Lowen
Profile
Prior to joining Kennedy in 2004, Mr. Lowen worked as a Vice President in the acquisition group of Urdang Capital Management, a private real estate investment advisor.
At Urdang, Mr. Lowen identified, evaluated and negotiated direct and joint venture real estate investment opportunities that met the company’s value-added investment parameters.
He performed due diligence and closed on new acquisitions in addition to overseeing a team of subordinate analysts.
During his tenure at Urdang, he was responsible for, or participated in, the acquisition of nearly $800 million of office and retail properties.
Mr. Lowen holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with concentrations in Real Estate and Management.
He is a member of The National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).
