Dan Givoly

Dr. Dan Givoly is Academic Advisor at LSV Asset Management and Chair of the Accounting Department & Professor at Pennsylvania State University.
He has been with LSV Asset Management since 2005.
Prior to Pennsylvania State University, Dr. Givoly taught at the University of California at Irvine, Columbia University, Northwestern University and Tel-Aviv University.
He served as the Chairman of the Financial Standards Accounting Board in Israel (1996-99) and is a Certified Public Accountant (Israel).
Dr. Givoly is a member of the American Accounting Association, American Finance Association, and The Institute of Public Accounting-Israel.
Dr. Givoly received his BA from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, MBA from Tel-Aviv University, and PhD from New York University.
