Mr. Hulce joined Ziegler in 2004 and is responsible for ongoing management of Ziegler Investment Services Group private client accounts.
Mr. Hulce has been in the financial services industry since 1991, working with institutional, ERISA, and personal trust portfolios as a Registered Investment Advisor and developing new products as an Investment Technology Product Manager.
He also founded and managed a private investment management firm and teaches finance and management courses at local colleges.
Mr. Hulce earned his B.S.
in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse, his B.A.
in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, and an MBA from Marquette University.
He is a member of the Milwaukee Investment Analysts Society and the CFA Institute and holds the NASD Series 65 Securities License as well as State of Wisconsin Health and Life Insurance Licenses.
He is active in the community and serves as a Member of the Board of Director's-Marquette College of Business Alumni Association where he is the Chairperson of the Mentor Program, is a Case Competition Judge and Career Night Speaker and chaired the Investment Policy Committee.
Mr. Hulce also serves as a Member of the Board of Director's of Southeastern Youth & Family Services (SEYFS) and helped found the SEYFS Circle of Friends Day Care which serves low-income and W-2 participant families.
