Christopher Baltes

Chris is a Managing Partner and co-founder of One Eighty Capital.
Prior to One Eighty Capital, Chris was a partner at Three Cities Research, Inc., a top quartile private equity firm focused on buyouts of middle-market companies.
At Three Cities, Chris was responsible for structuring and executing operational and strategic turnarounds.
His portfolio companies created in excess of $480 million of investor returns (5.6X invested capital).
Chris graduated magna cum laude from the University of San Diego where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
Chris enjoys distance running, military history, back-country skiing, and spending time with his wife and their 3 boys.
