Chin Pak

Prior to joining Cascadia, Mr. Pak was a Vice President in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group of Banc of America Securities where he worked extensively in the Consumer Products, Restaurant, Specialty Chemicals and Business Services Industry.
In addition, he was responsible for mergers and acquisitions involving distressed or bankrupt targets.
Mr. Pak was also a Director in the restructuring group of UBS Securities.
He began working in M&A and restructurings as an Associate at Rothschild Inc. Mr. Pak holds a B.A.
degree in Economics and Psychology from Dartmouth College.
