Mr. Yee has worked for a number of leading financial institutions including CIBC World Markets, BMO Nesbitt Burns, KBC Bank and Bankers Trust.
He was instrumental in helping these companies develop their presence in a number of international financial markets.
More recently, he has been focused on operational experience to supplement his financial background.
In addition to playing a key role in the operational and financial restructuring of a California-based medical services company, Mr. Yee is currently the president of Tinnitus Control, Inc., a NY-based medical device company.
His experience with both early-stage and mature companies allows him to bring a broad range of perspectives to Pangaea's investment strategy.
Mr. Yee earned his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary.
