C. Lee Butler

Fiduciary Group LLC, do-business-as The Fiduciary Group (TFG), is a wealth management firm and registered investment advisor headquartered in Savannah, Georgia. The firm was founded by Lee Butler in 1970 as Fiduciary Services Corp. They are a subsidiary of Focus Operating LLC and their ultimate parent is Focus Financial Partner, Inc. (NASDAQ: FOCS). TFG provides wealth management services to high-net-worth individuals and families, and investment management services for trusts, estates, pension and profit-sharing plans, non-profit organizations, and other legal entities. These accounts are managed as separately managed accounts. They also serve as a fiduciary investment advisor under ERISA Section 3(38) to participant-directed 401(k) plans.
