Bruce D. Froud

Mr. Bruce D.
Froud is a Managing Director of Global Markets and sits on the Board of Directors at Eden Financial Ltd.
He was a Joint Chief Executive Officer and Founding Partner of Corin Capital from January 2002 until joining Eden in May 2008.
Prior to Corin, he was Global Head of Equity Trading and Risk at Dresdner Kleinwort Benson assuming responsibility for all aspects of equity trading worldwide, customer facing and proprietary.
He was with the group from 1986 to 2002, serving as a Senior Director and core member of the Equity Division Group Executive for many years.
He began trading securities in 1981.
Previous firms he worked for were Harold Rattle and Co. and Akroyd and Smithers.
Mr. Froud has been a representative on industry and exchange bodies and committees including for the LSE, LIFFE, LIBA (as an alternate) and FTSE Index steering committees.
He is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.
He became a Member of The Stock Exchange in 1984.
