Mr. Berger joined Mudrick Capital Management, LP in January 2010.
In addition to that, he is currently general partner of Recapitalization Partners LLC, an investment firm devoted to investing in and operating distressed companies.
Prior to Recap Partners, he was the Managing Partner of Turnaround Capital Partners, which provided actionable investment ideas to institutional investors.
For 6 years, Contrarian Capital was a client of Turnaround and Bruce served on two corporate boards as Contrarian's designee.
Prior to that, he was a founding General Partner of Lindenwood Capital Partners, an investment partnership devoted to acquiring private distressed companies.
Prior to Lindenwood, he was President of White River Partners, a wholly owned subsidiary of publicly traded White River Corp, specializing in the acquisition and restructuring of troubled companies.
He served in this capacity until June 1998 when it was sold to Harvard private capital.
He served in a similar capacity at Fund American, a NYSE traded holding company for Firemans Fund Insurance Company.
Mr. Berger is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Fraud Examiner and a Certified Valuation Analyst, with a B.A.
from Rutgers University.
